La Quinta by Wyndham Austin NW/Lakeline Mall

It was clean. When I checked in, front desk staff was very polite. They also were respectful of my privacy by not saying my room number or asking how many keys I want. As a single traveler, I appreciate that. I also had a problem with getting my door open later that night and the night staff was very helpful. They came up with me and helped me out.

Overall, an excellent stay! I especially enjoyed the attention to details - the little "extras" which were not really necessary for efficient operation - but, the cumulative effect of the "extras" provided a much more enjoyable stay. Overall, this location is an excellent place to stay overnight.

We stayed in #119. The beds were super comfortable and room was very clean. Love the Dove shower products, too.

This place has everything that makes me love the concept of hotels. It has heat. It has water. It has quietness. It has a hot shower. They give you complimentary items like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. They have a weight room. They have free breakfast. They have free wifi. My microwave conked out and my request they fixed it asap. This place is within walking distance to Target and HEB Plus. I want to stay at more hotels like this.

I loved the cleanliness of this hotel. The friendly staff we checked in after midnight. The superwhite and fluffy towels too. I slept like a baby. Probably just a Poor breakfast choices but it is what it is. I only had a coffee and a toast and went outside for other personal options. But for the budget traveler was good i think.
